Interested in applying to live at one of our beautiful properties? Here’s what we’ll need:

Step #1: Application

• Download the application by clicking this link
• Application fee per person: $26.99 or be able to provide a current credit report and background check
• Fill out, sign, and return the documents to the Leasing Office or by email to the leasing agent below

Step #2: Required Documents

• With your application, we’ll need the following documents:
  • Copy of driver’s license or state-issued ID
  • 2 months’ worth of paystubs or an offer letter from a new employee to verify income
  • If applicable: a photo and a copy of the most recent rabies vaccination records for any pets

Step #3: Holding the Apartment

• Holding Deposit: $200
• Paid with application to hold the apartment while your leasing application is in process
• Once approved, your lease must begin within 5 days. Your holding deposit is applied to the 1st month’s rent, which is paid at lease signing.
• Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent is due on the move in date.
