Interested in applying to live at one of our beautiful properties? Here’s what we’ll need:
Step #1: Application
- Download the application by clicking this link
- Fill out, sign, and return the documents to the Leasing Office or by email to the leasing agent below
Step #2: Required Documents
- With your application, we’ll need the following documents:
- Copy of driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Current background check and credit report. (if you need us to pull these reports we can! the cost to do so is $26.99 per person)
- 2 months’ worth of paystubs or an offer letter from a new employee to verify income
- If applicable: a photo and a copy of the most recent rabies vaccination records for any pets
Step #3: Holding the Apartment
- Holding Deposit: $200
- Paid with application to hold the apartment while your leasing application is in process
- Once approved, your lease must begin within 5 days. Your holding deposit is applied to the 1st month’s rent, which is paid at lease signing.
- Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent is due on the move-in date.
Step #4: Get Approved, Sign the Lease, & Move In!
